Giving your woman a gift is something we do on a regular basis, and most would like to give one that is personal and shows there is intimacy between the couple. One of the most intimate gifts you can give a woman is the lingerie. It signifies that there is a relationship and trust between the couple, and shows that “the line has been crossed” in the relationship between the couples.

As tempting as it might be to just buy your better half anything that you would like, she may not be impressed. What you should bear in mind, is that the lingerie is for her and she has to resonate with it. She has to like the look, the feel and the touch of the lingerie on her.  For you to successfully pick a lingerie that she would like, these three things most be considered; her style, size and color.

What type of lingerie does she already wear? Is she girly, romantic, and feminine? Does she like to vamp things up with full glamour? Or is she understated and classically cool? Pay attention to her styles. Believe me; you already know what she likes since she's bought items for herself before. If she wears these as everyday items though, you may want to look for a more glamorous style to make this a special present.

It is worth noting that the type of lingerie most women like to receive as a present is the type that they would like to wear to make them feel good about themselves, not just to wear to impress you. If she wants to wear something just for you, she will pick this herself, and as such it will be a present for you! That is not to say you won't like what you have bought for her though! If in doubt, stick to a simple but elegance lingerie.
