Butt Enlargement: The secret alternative to Implant.

In recent times, young women have been taking enormous risks in pursuit of smoother, rounder bottoms. Buttock enlargement is a popular cosmetic treatment for those who feel their behind is too flat or not round enough. the illusion of a larger backside has become increasingly more fashionable among young women.

Common Methods of Butt Enlargement.

Buttock augmentation is usually accomplished using one of or a combination of the following techniques:

Fat transfer { lipoinjection }:  This is extracting fat from other parts of the body and injecting it into the butt area.

Autologous tissue {rearranging tissues): This involves ingesting pills such as ‘GluteBoost’, a Natural buttocks enhancement supplement pill. This method is mainly used during a typical buttock lift.  However, these so called natural buttock enhancement supplement pill may not be all so natural in truth.

Maxicurve :  Maxicurve is also  a butt Enhancement Cream.

Butt implant:  This is the most common and effective method of butt enhancement, if correctly done.  It involves fixing solid silicone implants into the buttock just like breast implants.

Who does butts Implant and Why?

You might wonder who and who have done, or desire butt implant in the recent times.  I smile, because the answer will surprise you. Although common with ladies who work as strippers and dancers, the craze for butt enlargement cuts across classess.  Even the low income earners seek to increase their butt sizes by exploring the easiest way possible; with soft pinches on their purses of course.

My take however, is this; more often than not, ladies who seek to increase the size of their bum may have been suffering from low self-esteem, and some nagging feeling that they don't quite measure up.

How expensive is a butt’s job?

The procedure costs up to £2,000 in the UK while in the US, prices are as low as $4000 and as high as $18,000.  The cost of butt augmentation in Canada ranges from about $8000 to $12000. The price is dependent on the local market and the surgeon's discretion.

Dangers and Downsides of Butt Implant.

Just as with breast implants, this method of breast augmentation comes with lots of risks. The problems that follow this procedure are twofold. First, if a low volume amount of silicone is used, it can promote rejection – the body trying to ward it off. This causes a long-term abscess which can damage the surrounding tissue.
There are also reported problems with pulmonary embolism, a blood clot to the lungs, which may have happened in most recent cases.

Butt implantation has high complication rates.  Yet another downside is what happens to the buttock with age. The implant will remain and stay hard while the soft tissue and fat deflates and the skin thins. So imagine a hard object in the buttock area resting on the bones.  In 2011, a former Miss Argentina, Solange Magnano, died at 38 after a buttocks-enhancement procedure at a medical clinic in Buenos Aires. In the same year, a 20 year old Britain based Nigerian dancer, Claudia Aderotimi died after jetting to America for a butt enhancement procedure.  The young lady developed chest pains and struggled for breath 12 hours after she had the silicone injections at a budget hotel. She was taken to hospital but could not be saved. A preliminary examination found the silicone filler had leaked into her bloodstream, leading to heart failure.

Safe Alternatives to Butt Implant.

Butt Enhancement exercises: The shape of the buttocks is defined by muscles known as the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus. Adding a few butt-busting moves to your exercise routine may be enough to see a difference.

·        Squat and Tone: The squat tops every list of butt-busting exercises. It directly engages the glutes, and you can build bigger musculature by adding hand-held weights. The key is to maintain proper alignment. Other exercises to enhance the shape of the buttocks include:

·         Forward Lunge,

·        Backward Lunge etc.

Shape wear/Bottom raisers: lots of undergarments are available now to "separate and lift" the bottom, reins it in with elastic panels, or enhances the rear view with padding.

Padded inserts and lifting Spandex panels are available in jeans too.
In my opinion however, what every woman should bear in mind is that nobody is perfect and no two bodies can ever be alike. Apart from the hazards that go along with the procedures, a large behind is not sufficient to boost ones self-esteem. It starts with seeing yourself for who you are and loving and appreciating yourself, your body and your totality.
